Thank you for participating in the POA 24 Hour Prayer. After you complete and submit this form, our Prayer Coordinators will contact you to finalize your scheduled shift and provide you with 24 Hour Prayer guidelines.

A few things to remember:

• All prayer shifts MUST be prayed at the POA Campus.
• You are responsible for your shift. Should an emergency arise and you are unable to fulfill your obligation, please follow 24 Hour Prayer guidelines.
• For safety reasons, certain early morning shifts are available for men only
• This form is not for reporting immediate shift changes.  For immediate shift changes, please call the church office at 318-487-8976.
